  1. I’m hooked on the piano, its orchestral dimension, history, repertoire and anything else related. My main studio, in Fresno, has a vast living room, with a vaulted ceiling to accommodate two pianos, a Steinway M, 1917 (rebuilt) and a 1098 model Steinway studio upright. The acoustical environment is spectacular. It’s brimming with resonance.

My second teaching location in El Cerrito, is fairly close to Albany and Berkeley. My Kawai, GE-20 is contained in a smaller space than my pianos in Fresno, but the view from the instrument, seated at the bench is breathtaking. I behold a panorama of hills and terraced homes, all in one gaze.
